Friday – Union Craft Brewing in Hampden is hosting a Truck Party Food Rally. You can partake in at least 5 of Baltimore’s Food Trucks including the Gypsy Queen Cafe and Iced Gems. There will also be a DJ and delicious $4 Pints of all your favorite Union Brews.
If food and beer isn’t your thing, the Baltimore City Paper is hosting its first ever Dirty Love Erotic Art Show in Hampden. It will be in the upstairs of Holy Frijoles from 6-9PM.
Saturday – Moonshine Tavern is one of the newest additions to Canton, taking up the space on Boston Street where the Gin Mill used to be. Their Grand Opening Party will be on Saturday starting at 8PM – the first 100 people get a free shot!
Also on Saturday, if you are in the mood for a little ivory tickling – Jukebox the Ghost will be playing at the Ottobar at 9PM.
As for Sunday, what are we to do now that there is no more football?? Continue to celebrate of course! What better place to do that than Mother’s in Federal Hill. They will be hosting their first ever Bacon and Bourbon Wars. They are challenging local Maryland restaurants to come up with a creative and innovative dish using Bacon – and you, the public, get to vote! Sounds tasty!
Happy Weekend, Baltimore!
