Fall is undoubtedly here in Baltimore and it will soon be changing over to even colder weather. This means it is time to soak in our time left outdoors and all the great events around the city before we start hibernating on our couches. October may be halfway over, but with Halloween coming up soon, there is plenty to do around town:

Friday, October 23rd
Creative Mornings spotlights Chris LaMartina as he speaks on the theme of “shock!” Hosted at the Baltimore Museum of Art AND featuring Blacksauce Kitchen. Yum!

Saturday, October 24th
Over 35 Maryland Breweries at Canton Waterfront Park for the Baltimore Craft Beer Festival. Yes, please.

Saturday, October 24th
The always enchanting Great Lantern Parade will be taking over Patterson Park.

Saturday & Sunday, October 24th & 25th
When the festival name has “fun” in it, you tend to have high expectations and the Fells Point Fun Festival always lives up to it, even when postponed a few weeks.

Friday, October 30th
Poe Themed Burlesque? Oh, how very Baltimore of them. Head to the Creative Alliance to see a showing of The Haunting of Poe: Burlesque Masquerade.

Friday, October 30th
The oh-so-popular Bike Party is back again this month, but Halloween themed! You could even win an awesome 2-wheeled prize if you win the costume contest at the Baltimore Bike Party Halloween Brew-Ha-Ha.

Saturday, October 31st
The Craft Beer Bash & Costume Ball at the Science Center is sold out, but you can probably find an overpriced ticket on Craigslist or Canton Neighbors/Federal Hill Neighbors pages.

Saturday, October 31st
Can’t find a ticket but still want to dance? Head up to the Ottobar for a Halloween 80s Dance Party.

Or head out in Fells like the rest of the city. Just keep an eye on your Uber and don’t end up like this Baltimore girl from last Halloween.
